A former Server/Event specialist from Roseville, MI shared some thoughts about working for Kona Ice in a review he/she wrote for INDEED: "Fast-paced and very unorganized. A lot of younger teenagers work here and time off is rarely given and if it is the manager makes sure to make you feel guilty. You never know what you'll be doing each day or when you're going to get off, some days you will work 12 hours and ask for an estimated time that you'll be sent home and you will rarely get an answer"
